The kids enjoyed the fun games room, but the food lacked variety and freshness .

We enjoyed the food and rooms here. 15 mins walk away from aladzha monastery. Spa day in a sauna was a pleasure.

great central spot for city strolls and park visits

I loved staying here for a weekend because I could easily walk to the beautiful Golden Sands Nature Park just 1 km away and enjoy the fresh air and scenery, while also being close to the beach, only a short stroll of 500 meters away, perfect after a day of exploring.

The staff was polite and helpful, especially in assisting us with local excursions.

The pools closed a bit too early at 18:00, which limited our evening relaxation options.

great stay with a few shortcomings

The room we received on the 8th floor offered amazing views of the sea. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the easy check-in process added to our convenience. We also appreciated the proximity to a supermarket, which simplified our stay significantly.

We had such a fantastic stay here! The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of all the attractions. We were just a short walk away from the beach, and there were plenty of shops, restaurants, and discos nearby. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always available to assist us no matter the time of day. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with amazing views of the sea from the balconies. We couldn't have asked for a better place to relax and unwind.

That the dining room could get quite busy during meal times, so we had to wait for a table sometimes. However, the accommodation was overall very good and we would definitely recommend this hotel to families.

Amazing service at the pool bar! The bartender always remembered our drinks before we even asked. The pool area was modern and had a great atmosphere with chilled music playing. The hotel is a great value for the price. I would highly recommend this hotel.
